I prefer retread aircraft tires. They are usually the highest quality if bought from a good company, last longer and are about half the price of new.
For M20J too soon to rate. Previous set of retreads had a 50% success record. One tire had to be replaced after 2 years due to serious age cracking of sidewalls.

Not the greatest, the monster retread is a superior product that cost a little more, I bought this because they didn’t have the monster and will not order these again

15 = diameter of tire
600 = width of tire
6 = diameter of rim
The 15-600-6 is a smaller diameter tire than the 600-6. That is the biggest difference.
This is a tube type tire.
