Rapco brake discs replace Cleveland and McCauley type. They are precision machined from forged steel for added strength, heat treated for a long service life, and then nickel plated for corrosion resistance to the hat portion. Rapco discs are FAA/PMA approved and offer an exceptional value.

Glad you had the item. Cost was twice it was ten years ago, but what isn’t these days?
Rapco Brake Disc RA164-09900
The disk was straight forward to install as long as one knows to make the 0.125 thick shim to place between the two pad holders.
Rapco Brake Disc RA164-09900
After only 6 landings with these and new rapco pads, the rotors ready have grooves, and braking is not that great. Will pay extra for Cleveland’s next time.
