This is a great option compared to the other choices for my purposes. Sometimes it takes quite a bit of fluid before the Cherokees brake system is completely bled but most of the fluid is still usable. The bottles make it easy and convenient to fill the resorvior or recover and store the fluid in a sealed container that lets you see how much you have and if it should be filtered or recycled.The containers wont rust and the price is low enough that Spruce is buying you a bottle and pumping it out of the drum for the same price you would pay for it in a metal quart can.

Excellent! Getting 5606 in plastic-screw cap allows you to use just what you need without having to worry about wasting. Easier to pour. I needed some hyd oil for a hand pressure test pump for testing brakes on bench. Used half the bottle, closed with cap, and stored on shelf ready to use again. No waste or open container.

This quart bottle arrived in perfect condition and undamaged. Some confusion about 5606/5606a fluid compatibility led to some research which convinced me that 5606a is simply a repackaging from a larger 5606 container. At the very least it supercedes 5606 and is compatible with all appropriate applications.
