Bolt right up replacement. Cheap insurance against breaking an ancient aluminum axle and putting her on her back. REPLACE THE BOLTS, TOO! ,,,and nuts!

Titanium has a weight advantage in that it is lighter and still as durable as steel. The titanium axle will be about 1 lb lighter per gear axle.
