Yes, they will have serial numbers.
On the older LW- series cylinders we recorded the Heat Code number that is located on the side of the cylinder head. Difficult to see when the engine is assembled.
On the new cylinders Lycoming records the numbers between the pushrod tubes on the back of the last fin of the cylinder head. This number will be facing the crankcase between the pushrod tubes.
