LW-15472 Lycoming New Fuel Pump-Dual Diap.-Low Press

July 14, 2022

An actual 40295 pump is required for O-360 with side draft HA6 carburetor. LW-15472 does not fit.

wrong item sent. Wanted an electric fuel pump, but received a mechanical fuel pump. return was easy. Thanks!

This pump is listed as a drop in replacement for the 25-30 psi LW-15473 pump. This is supported by Lycoming SL L255A. However, the 62B26931 pump is a higher pressure pump 30-35 psi. Operationally OK by Lycoming but triggers a high pressure alert on my fuel pressure system requiring either a new 15473 pump tr a trip to the factory for my electronic indicating system.
