Does exactly what the description says (stops chafing of wires and optical fibers). Holds up well over time.
Vinyl Tubing Awg 3/8
Bought this to supplement my inventory. Appears to be high quality material, durable but thin enough to be flexible. Ideal for protecting wire bundles in an equipment enclosure.
This tubing is a bit thinner-walled and more pliable than I expected. This would be good for many applications, but I wanted something a bit stiffer. Ultimately I was able to make it work by inserting the smaller diameter tubing inside the larger diameter with a dot of Gorilla Glue to make a stiffer tube.
Good price, but stiffer than I expected.
