This START PAC® model has been designed to power up 28 Volt aircraft systems and will continuously deliver up to full 105 amp DC output. The voltage output is set to 28.5 Volts to simulate the same voltage as when the aircraft is running under power. This unit requires 220 Volt single phase power to operate.
This START PAC® unit has been specifically designed for maintenance and to power up various functions such as inverters, avionics, GPS programming, etc. Using this START PAC® power supply means that the operator can bypass the aircraft battery thus preserving it from unnecessary wear. The on-board aircraft battery can be conserved for starting only. The environmentally responsible, low VOC powder coating protects the unit from wear, tear and poor weather conditions. Model: 53105M™ – 24V/28V Please Note: This unit is not designed for battery charging. Please note that on board air conditioning systems are high draw systems that usually require a minimum of 175A. |
