Worked well to repair the gasket seal on my baggage door. (Cessna 182Q). Little messy to work with (but thats probably just me). The excess was easy to scrape/peel off, after it dried.

Worked as advertised. Needed to glue a De-icing lead strap (Rubber collar on a propeller blade) that had come loose. Cleaned the area and placed a small amount on both sides of the collar. I held it in place for a few minutes to cure. The collar is now secure and no longer loose.
3M Scotch-Weld 1300 Adhesive Quart
Applied smoothly and held securely, but I prefer the 1300L for its superior ease of application. Unless you only need a small amount, I would recommend 1300L.

It will work with either primer or bare metal as long as the surface is clean and free of dirt and oils.
We do not believe it is. The TDS states that it is safe for used on metals. We always recommend a test area first to ensure it does not damage before applying everywhere.
It does not require it but can be used with primer.
