The iEFIS Lite series from MGL Avionics is set to revolutionize the small airplane instrument panel. If just a single EFIS screen is required in your Experimental airplane, the iEFIS Lite offers everything needed.
Features a bright non-reflective 10.4" touchscreen of around 2000+ nits.It looks, feels and operates just like a regular iEFIS, however it does not require the additional iBox and AHRS since pitot/static, GPS receiver, and attitude sensor are all built into the back of the screen. The iEFIS-Lite concept of the all-in-one EFIS is unmatched in the market. It has the same powerful G3 processor and runs the same firmware as the regular iEFIS system and has all of the same software features - just less external hardware complexity. The iEFIS-Lite has the fewest modules to install and the easiest installation in the homebuilt market. Like all our G3 iEFIS systems it comes with a World wide high resolution terrain database built in plus a World wide vector map. It is compatible with MGL's new "MapMaker 2" raster map format. Notably, the G3 iEFIS systems boots to operational state in 0.5 seconds (zero point five) from application of power. GPS is online 0.5 seconds later (provided you have not moved more than 500 Km from last known fix and a fix is possible). Synthetic vision, terrain data, maps etc are all up and live in a blink of an eye. |

Dear Sir, I want to know how the pound for Mgl Challenge Lite 10.4 touchscreen? Please let me know Thank you very much Gaetan
The screen is not stable. Making Auto pilot useless. Customizing screens is not intuitive and ive spent four days and watched and read all the instructions , with zero results. Support from MGL is extremely difficult to get. Emails are not replied to , phone calls texts , ignored . I Spent over $13k on their avionics and I feel like i got taken to the cleaners. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
