Yes, they are dimmable with a standard aviation dimmer system. The light itself does not come with mounting hardware. It is designed to be used with an aluminum channel but there are other ways to mount it as well. Silcone or other clear adhesives are commonly used.

Any single channel dimmer will work.
Per the manufacturer: "That light strip is approximately 60 Ohms. Assuming that the dimmers they are referring to are just standard rheostats, the 15 ohm dimmer will only dim the light by 13% in overall light output."
