COMPOSITE LANDING GEARS

The actual landing gear systems consist of 4-6 independant parts connected into an integral component in the continuous manufacturing process. The product is treated thermally at the end of the production process in a curing chamber. The temperature is controlled by a computer with a precision of 0.10°c. The products are cured according to a special heating curve with temperatures reaching 100°c within several cycles. This significantly improves the mechanical properties of used materials and ensures the compliance of individual products. the entire equipment is certified by an authorised national testing institute. The result is a seamless landing gear leg with several cavities that complies with the requirements of the regulation; if the takeoff weights are taken into account, the landing gear exceeds the requirements twice over. The weights of the actual landing gears are between 2 and 3 kg and can be installed into the fuselage of MTOV 450-600 kg planes. The advantage of the composite landing gears include lower weight, higer elasticity and no maintenance. These landing gears are manufactured in Europe and are special order only.
