Thimble Bushings are a precision molded nylon insert that helps elminate thimble elongation under load to maintain correct cable length and tension. They are used by many ultralight and hang glider manufacturers. They can be used with 1/16", 3/32" or 1/8" cable. The slot depth corresponds to the hole edge distance in tang (measurement from edge of hole to edge of tang). Choose the size that most closely matches tang thickness and hole edge distance. Thimble is opened up to insert bushing and then closed. Color is black.
