BOELUBE PRODUCTS

A Space Age Lubricant developed by The Boeing Company that fights friction at the interface of the cutting edge and theworkpiece. The reduction of friction at these surfaces minimizes heat generation and concurrent chip weld. Tools retain their cutting edge longer, leading to closer tolerances and prime chip yield. Manufactured frompersonal care ingredients, Boelube is non-toxic, non-irritating and biodegradable. Boelube is non-corrosive, non-flammable, chemically stable and free of halogens, heavy metals, sulfur, phosphorus, silicone, petroleum or paraffin wax. Boelube does not contain any ingredients considered a hazardous substance by OSHA, WHMIS, IARC, NTP, and State Regulatory Lists, Refer to Material Safety Data Sheets for additional information.

BOELUBE BL70200-13
SOLIDS
LUBRICANT
Boelube Solids come in a variety of shapes and sizes to accommodate ease of application. They provide a cost effective means of producing a high quality finish in a multitude of applications such as:

Drilling - Tapping - Reaming - Abrasive Belts - Files - Deburring Tools - Grinding Wheels - Chisels - Band, Circular and Hand Saw Blades
.

Boelube Solids improve tool life by reducing heat build-up in belt, disc or wheel grinding operations. Apply the push-up tube to the tool before start up. Individual Boelube Blocks are ideal for grinding operations.

BOELUBE 70104
HIGH EFFICIENCY MACHINING LUBRICANT

BOELUBE® 70104 is non-toxic, non-irritating, environmentally safe synthetic lubricant manufactured from personal care ingredients that is effective for machining many types of materials. BOELUBE® 70104 will provide superior lubricity leading to better finish and longer tool life.

The special BOELUBE® chemistry yields a high polar lubricating film, which greatly reduces friction minimizing heat generation and subsequently the need to remove heat. BOELUBE® is most effective when applied sparingly.

BOELUBE® 70104 is non-corrosive, non-flammable, chemically stable, and free of Halogens, Silicone, Petroleum, Paraffin Wax, Sulfur, Phosphorus and Heavy Metals whether added or present in any of its ingredients.

BOELUBE® 70104 is compatible with Aluminum, Titanium, Graphite, Composites, Honeycomb, Inconel, Kevlar, Wood, Ferrous and Nonferrous Metals.

BOELUBE® 70104 is recommended for Drilling, Deburring, Broaching, Forming, Grinding, Milling, Routing, Reaming, Gun Drilling, Oil Hole Tools, Sawing, Punching and Tapping.

BOELUBE® 70104 is designed for all Mist, Spray, One Shot and Thruthe- Tool applications, and is ideal for applications where Cold-Cut® or Positive-Lube units are utilized. Ideally applied at a rate of ¾ ounce or less per hour of machining time leaving little or no clean up and no disposal costs. Applicators apply a precise amount of BOELUBE® Liquid to the interface of the cutting tool and work piece to reduce heat generation. BOELUBE®, in combination with Air, keeps tools cool and removes chips.

BOELUBE 90 HIGH EFFICIENCY
MACHINING LUBRICANT
BOELUBE® 90 is non-toxic, non-irritating, environmentally safe synthetic lubricant that is effective for machining many types of materials. BOELUBE® 90 will provide superior lubricity leading to better finish and longer tool life.

BOELUBE® 90 is compatible with Aluminum, Titanium, Graphite, Composites, Honeycomb, Inconel, Kevlar, Wood, Ferrous and Non-ferrous Metals.

BOELUBE® 90 is recommended for Drilling, Deburring, Broaching, Forming, Grinding, Milling, Gun Drilling, Routing, Reaming, Oil Hole Tools, Sawing, Punching and Tapping.

BOELUBE® 90 is best utilized in One-Shot or Mist Applications, and is ideal for applications where Cold-Cut® or Positive-Lube units are utilized.

BOELUBE® 90 has superior low temperature properties (-57 C pour point / -54 C cloud point) remaining in a fully liquid state at temperatures as low as -29 C (-20 F).

The application of BOELUBE® lubricant in machining operations will reduce heat generation, speed production, improve surface finish, and produce close tolerance parts. The resulting chips are dry, not tacky and can be reclaimed without further processing. BOELUBE® is totally consumed by chip coating, part coating or some combination, therefore the collecting, treating and disposal required of flood coolant is eliminated.
