NAVAir
is the first professional grade hand-held navigation device
developed by professional pilots and software developers;
designed with your flight workflow and convenience in mind.
NAVAirs Map Screen is engineered to provide
a highly detailed and readable display that takes advantage
of all the screen real estate thats available. The PDA screen
is small to start with, so we dont take up space that can
be used to display the map with frames or menu bars. Flight
data and status information are overlaid on the map with a
translucent background, so that nothing interferes with your
situational awareness.
NAVAir is designed so that you have complete
control of the amount of detail
that you display at any zoom range.
With most systems, you can turn details
on or off. NAVAir allows you to turn them on or off for any
zoom range. If you want to see airports at 25-50, but only
major airports at 100, or if you want to see airways at 25,
but not at 100, you can configure your NAVAir any way you
want.
Choose which zoom ranges display different
airspace categories, navigational aids and airport details.
The same freedom of choice applies to geographic and manmade
features as well.
NavAir
has taken advantage of the ten hardware keys available on
the PocketPC handheld devices to allow you one-touch access
to the functions that you need most frequently in flight.
No more trying to tap a little corner of the screen with a
fingernail or with the stylus - now a simple push of a button
gets you to the function you need.
NAVAirWx brings real time XM WX weather
into your cockpit using XM Radio satellites and WXWorx receivers.
With satellite broadcast to portable or TSOd weather receivers
and portable PDA, EFB or Tablet PC displays, you can get accurate
and timely WX overlaid on your NAVAir screen.
