This new vent window seal is a departure from the foam rubber weather stripping commonly being used on all the Cessna vent windows. The new seal is made from the same FAA-PMA approved rubber compound as the door seals. It installs in exactly the same way as the original foam weather stripping on the vent window. The primary difference is the new seal will mold itself to the contour of the vent window and provide a long lasting, air- and water-tight seal like no other seal on the market. The seal is easy to install (with its own pressure sensitive adhesive strip).

Due to normal wear and lack of lube, the door hinge clevis pins should be replaced from time to time to maintain the proper operation of the doors. The set includes 2 clevis pins, 6 washers, and 2 cotter keys. All the hardware is FAA approved for all Piper aircraft.

Restoring primer pump operation
The kit is replaces the worn O-rings (2) on the primer pump used on non-fuel injected engine installations. The primer seals frequently are not re-lubricated until someone complains the primer isn't working or the engine is hard starting. This is most evident by the pump being hard or stiff to operate. Generally speaking, by the time the pump stops performing, the seals are worn (to the point that lube is of little value) and must be replaced. The kit contains the two O-rings, a packet of Seal Lube, and detailed instructions.

The eyebolts are probably the most neglected parts on the plane. They hardly ever get lubricated and due to their exposure to the elements, rust in the pivot point can prevent the door from closing properly and should be replaced from time to time as they wear. The set contains two of the proper eyebolts and detailed installation instructions. The hardware is FAA approved for all Piper aircraft.
